CLEVELAND GOLF BREAKS GROUND ON NEW FACILITY April 01, 2004
CYPRESS, CA... Cleveland Golf celebrated the ground breaking of its new worldwide headquarters being built in Huntington Beach, CA. At 130,000 sq. ft., this new, state of the art facility will be nearly double the size of their current building located in Cypress. Annual sales of the company have more than quadrupled since the company turnaround in 1997, placing Cleveland firmly in the top five of golf club manufacturers.
"We've basically outgrown the current space in every way," said Greg Hopkins, President/COO of Cleveland Golf. "We're desperately short on office, warehouse, parking and manufacturing space. This move will allow us to breathe again in the short term and also allow for future growth."
The Huntington Beach facility is slated for completion in November of 2004 and should be the new official home of both Cleveland Golf and Never Compromise by the end of the year.
